I only had my GMT-Master II serviced once in 26 years (not good). The broken down oils resulted in excessive wear on several key components. Among the things replaced were the mainspring, tube assembly and crown, chipped crystal, badly faded bezel, and a heavily worn stainless steel band. In addition it took Jeffrey four cleanings just to remove all the old oils.

The entire process took just over a month to complete with much of that time spent awaiting components from Rolex. I received my watch six days ago. It was immaculate! It looks as if its never been worn and keeps excellent time. I couldn't be happier. It has been a long, long time since I have seen such dedicated commitment to perfection in providing a service that exceeded all my expectations.

Jeffrey and his team are true artisan craftsmen! I have an early 2000 stainless and black Submariner that had never been serviced. I had researched sending it to the factory and even checked with a local Rolex dealer who sends them to their own watch team with a 5 - 6 month wait. When I asked Jeffrey why I should send him my watch, I was sold when he replied that he doesn't let young factory techs with no experience work on watches. Everything after that point was exactly as he said it would be and I'm not sure he gets any sleep at all! A pleasure to do business with and I will now get on a 3 year cycle so this watch can be passed down through the generations. Thank you for your expertise and experience!

We just received my daughter's mid size Rolex Yachtmaster back from the Rolex Doctor. The watch looks better than new! My daughter, an AF pilot is hard on her watch (especially after it served her well in Iraq & Afghanistan for four deployments) and besides having scratches, etc. the watch was inoperable when we sent it in. The repair was done promptly and the Rolex was returned to us when promised. I will be sending one of my Rolex's to Jeffrey for a tuning and cleaning after the holidays.I highly recommend the Rolex Doctor.

I called Jeff and told him about my 45 year old Rolex Oyster Datejust that I bought while on R&R during Vietnam war. My Rolex and I survived a war together just fine, but it had basically ceased to run several years ago. I really did not trust my local Rolex dealers, who all admitted they had to send it out anyway. I called Jeff and sent the watch down to him. He called and gave me an estimate for everything. Once he had it fixed, he called me and told me what he had found and had to repair. When the watch arrived, I swear it had not looked this good since the day I bought it in Hong Kong.

I had a unique problem with my 46 year old Rolex. Loved my watch & didn't want to replace it. I contacted several people to get an estimate & found they didn't want to try to repair it. While clearing my father's house, following his death, I found a very old watch which was in deplorable condition. A neighbor, grateful for my father's assistance, had given the watch to my father in the early 80'S. Although the watch face bore the Rolex emblem and the words "Oyster Perpetual", my father assumed it was a fake, a knock-off. Until the band broke, he wore the watch as an everyday work-in-the-yard watch. When the band broke he threw it into the back of a nightstand drawer. When I found it, the watch was encrusted with dirt, the crystal scratched to the point the dial was barely visible. Somehow, the watch did not "feel" like a fake. I took it to a local watch repair shop where they kept it for 6 months "trying to establish its authenticity". After retrieving the watch, I began a search for a reliable watchmaker who specialized in Rolex watches. I found Jeffrey Harris's web site, read the testimonials and decided to contact him. Very personable and extremely knowledgeable, Jeffrey impressed me as someone with whom I could entrust my father's watch. Within hours of our initial conversation, Jeffrey sent me a shipping label to send him the watch. He called me as soon as he had the opportunity to examine the watch. He confirmed the watch was not only authentic but an uncommonly large bubble back watch from 1949. I contacted Jeffrey regarding my Rolex that was in bad shape. He was extremely patient and helpful. Literally 5 minutes after our conversation, I had the mailing label. The day Jeffrey received my Rolex he called me and assessed the repairs that my watch needed. Admittedly, I had only had it serviced once. I took it to my local jeweler in Princeton and they sent it out for repair. I was so disappointed when I got it back $600 later and it still did not keep time!

I assumed I was the only person on the planet who had purchased a Rolex that did not keep time. So I gave up and never had it serviced again. Then I found Jeffrey and read all the testimonials. Like many of you, I was apprehensive about sending my watch out of state. After my conversations with Jeffrey, I had total confidence.

I received my Rolex this past Monday. It looks brand new and it keeps time to the minute! I keep on looking at my wrist in disbelief. Jeffrey is a master and I will ONLY have him service my watch. I let my poor Rolex lounge in a drawer for a few years, broken rusty and tired. In the past when I had it fixed I went to a jewelry store in Chicago and they would send it overseas and I wouldn't see it forever and it cost a fortune. So I let it sit....until I decided to do something about it and I found The Rolex Doctor on the internet. I researched my options, went to Better Business Bureau sites, scoured the internet and spoke to a few repair places. I ultimately decided that I could trust my watch to The Rolex Doctor. Jeffrey could not be more attentive, he made sure I understood EVERYTHING and he promised me my Rolex was safe with him and would come back as good as new. WOW!! What a FANTASTIC job Jeffrey did on my Rolex watch!! I am embarrassed to admit that I had not had my Rolex serviced for a long time and it was in serious need of repair and cleaning. After talking to Jeffrey on the phone, I felt entirely comfortable sending my watch to him. I have an older Rolex that had not been serviced on a timely basis and it ended up with water in it and much work needed on the watch. Like most others, I was reluctant to send my 1958 Rolex Oyster Date to someone I hadn't met. However, after reading all the positive comments here, and after talking to Jeff on the phone, I was much more comfortable with having him check the watch and let me know what it would take to repair and refurbish it. Sure am glad I did!! Jeff called me once he received the watch and analyzed what needed to be done to make it look and run "like new". I was still a little skeptical that it would "look as good as the day I bought it" like Jeff claimed. When I opened the box and looked at my watch yesterday, I realized that he was absolutely right! He completely rebuilt and refinished the watch, and the face, hands, crystal and all look like it just came from the Rolex factory! Terrific job. It took almost 4 months for the overhaul to be completed, but it sure was well worth the wait. I'll be sending the watch to Jeff in a few years for the routine maintenance that needs to be done. After 24 years I figured it was most likely smart to get my Rolex Oyster SS looked at, since it had black spots on the hands, scratched crystal, and it was not running properly. I collect watches, and have a really nice selection...but i really like my Rolex that I got for my 40th birthday as a gift. I am now 71 and I swim in a pool and the ocean regularly, I also go hiking regularly as well as still wear my Rolex to work. I looked on line for Rolex repair and The RolexDoctor came up, I called them and spoke with Jeffrey, I described what I thought was wrong with my Rolex and he sent me an insured ups label so I could send him my watch. He called me the day he received my watch and he described what the actual problems were with my Rolex. It took him over a month to complete the repairs on my watch.

I just received my Rolex back today Monday 09/22/14 HOLY COW...it looks like new, its beautiful, and it runs like new, talk about LUCK! I had no idea who Jeffrey was, but after the phone call from him explaining in detail what was wrong with my watch I felt good about him doing the repair for me. I found Jeffery's watch shop "The Rolex Doctor" online, and read some positive reviews. But still, I was naturally hesitant to send my beloved Rolex off to an "Internet" repair shop. I was Reluctant to send my Rolex Submariner to Florida for repair, but Jeffrey seemed so knowledgeable about my watch that I really wanted his expertise doing my repair. It took a little longer than I had hoped; in this world of next day service and same day pickups. Well I was way off when it comes to fine watch repair especially on a Rolex that had not been serviced in 18 years. Jeffrey was nice enough to return my repaired Submariner while I was on vacation, he had it delivered to my hotel. I was so hesitant about sending my Rolex to a stranger. My Watch was in bad shape, I dropped it accidentally and the crystal was shattered. I sent the watch the end of July and received it the other day. Jeff did a great job. I highly recommend him.

When my Rolex stopped keeping time, I went online to find a certified Rolex repair technician. I found The Rolex Doctor and contacted Jeffrey Harris who put me at ease with his expertise in identifying my particular Rolex by only my verbal description. He emailed shipping documents and instructions and I sent it off the next day.

After receipt and examination of the watch Jeffrey called me to describe the condition of it and proceeded to give me an estimate for cleaning and repair. Several weeks later he contacted me to advise me that the watch required much more repair, but he would honor his estimate and not charge me any extra to complete the work.

When the watch arrived recently it looked new! I will follow his advice and sent it to him every three years for a cleaning and tune-up.

I wear my Rolex almost every day regardless of work, play or sport. After 15 years it just stopped….

A friend had his watch serviced by Jeff and was very impressed with him and he passed along his contact info. My email was promptly answered and all through the service of my watch I received timely feedback and Jeff always took the time to talk through any issues or questions. Well – not having serviced my watch – ever –I was given the “lecture” about more prompt servicing. The Rolex Doctor became Rolex Dad ;-) What came through in these conversations was his incredible knowledge and passion for Rolex.

In addition to getting my watch up and running - I wanted a change the look with a new dial. After describing what I was looking for, Jeff offered alternative ideas and was very patient with me as he sent pictures of different dials and we talked through what I liked and didn’t. It ended up that I went a different direction than where I first started and went with Jeff’s recommendation.

When I received the watch, I was extremely happy with not only the new dial, but was amazed at the condition. I was looking for the familiar scratches and did not see them especially a relatively deep scratch on the case that I thought would be there – it was gone! I actually grabbed the magnifying glass to look for it and could not see a trace of it…

Sending your Rolex to someone on the Internet for servicing might sound crazy to most people. But with all of the excellent testimonials about Jeffrey and his company, I decided to take my chances...and I'm glad I did. Both mine and my wife's watches needed servicing. After several attempts to find a repairman for my 43 year old Rolex Submariner that I rarely removed from my wrist, I was fortunate enough to find Jeffrey Harris, the Rolex doctor.

I really abused my watch over the years and it was running fast, crystal scratched so bad you could hardly read the dial, and overall was in pretty bad shape. This watch had never been serviced by a Rolex expert.

After talking to the Rolex doctor, I decided to give him a try. He sent me shipping labels and insurance information and instructions on how to package my watch to get to him. All that worked perfectly. Once he received the watch, he called me and told me exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done, and the cost to repair it. I quickly agreed to his recommendations and he proceeded to fix my watch.

He then called me when the watch was ready and again we flawlessly executed insured delivery of my watch to me here in Montana.

When I opened the package I was flabbergasted because my watch looked as beautiful as the day I bought it in 1971. What a wonderful experience I had.

Nowadays, it is rare to find a vendor that will do what they say, when the say they will do it, at the price they quoted. I promise you that the Rolex doctor does everything he says he will do at the price he quotes.

In looking for someone to service my 33 year old Rolex GMT Master I talked to several prospective firms. Mr. Harris the Rolex Doctor, convinced me of his experience and expertise. I was concerned about shipping the watch back and forth. He sent me a prepaid 2 day air label for UPS, and I had the UPS store pack the watch. No problems with shipping. When he checked it over he found several things wrong, and told me it would take a couple of months to fix. He called at the end of that time and confirmed my address, which had changed, and it arrived on time. He called to check on it and to remind me that it had been sitting in a box for a few days and needed to be hand-wound to make up for that. After several weeks of wearing it I am impressed with its accuracy. The entire process was as painless as possible, and I will use Mr. Harris again to work on my Rolexes.

The technical quality of Mr. Harris's work is, so far as this layman can tell, superb. The case and dial of my 42 year-old Rolex Air-King looked impeccable after he overhauled the watch, and it now keeps more accurate time than it ever did. When I got my watch back I couldn't believe it was mine, it looked better than the day I took it out of the box some thirty years ago. For years I used a local jeweler and he did a passable job taking care of my watch however he passed away about 5 years ago and I had to take the watch to a jeweler in a mall, what a disaster my watch never worked right after that and it was expensive to boot. Jeffrey has proven to me where my watch will go be taken care from now on.

My Rolex Date Adjust watch was given to me on my 50th birthday by my wife. That was 22 years ago and the watch had not been touched until I sent it to Jeffrey B. Harris for repair. I had a very positive experience with Jeffrey Harris and The RolexDoctor.net.

I sent my wife's Rolex Lady's Gold President to Jeffrey, and frankly,I was a little nervous about doing so because I really didn't know Jeffrey or his company. It's an expensive watch that I didn't want to have to replace if Jeffrey/The Rolex Doctor turned out to be not for real. Originally, I had simply done a Google search and up popped the Rolex Doctor. I looked at other companies in this business and talked to their people as well as Jeffrey. Some were knowledgeable and some were not and I could tell the difference, I believe, even though I didn't know much about Rolex repair. However, talking with Jeff on the phone, I decided to proceed.

First of all, dealing with Jeffrey was a pleasure. He's a very nice guy and a patient one. He took the time to describe what he would do. Then, after receiving my wife's watch and analyzing it, he called me to tell me what he had found and what it needed. The end result was that the watch looks great, and works great now. My wife is thrilled, which, of course, means I'm thrilled.

Additionally, Jeffrey called me the day the watch arrived to explain a few things about the watch and how to take care of it.

What can I say? Great job, Jeffrey!

I own a very simple but very special Rolex, at least it is special to me. It is Medium size stainless steel with a diamond bezel. It needed a lot of work, It stopped running and I was beside myself. We live in a Central Valley of California and are new to the area; my husband takes care of everything that needs fixing in our household, from cars to watches and is very cautious to whom he allows to work on these things. He searched and searched, going to local watch dealers and on line. He hit the jackpot, he found Jeffrey, the Rolex Doctor. After a long conversation over the phone, he felt totally confident in sending my watch across the country to Boca Raton, Florida.

Jeffrey sent us all the necessary materials to make the shipping process go smoothly. He kept us informed all the way to delivery at his place of business. I am very happy I found your website online! I have had problems with my Rolex keeping the right time and the repair shop I used here just couldn't get the watch to run right. So when I needed to fix my broken crystal I searched the internet and found your website.

I was skeptical sending my watch clear across the U.S. but I'm sure glad I did. When you received my watch it was a mess to say the least, it was very dirty and had a lot of things wrong with it Including water damage. You were very helpful in explaining everything that needed to be done. The watch basically needed to be rebuilt.

When I received my watch back I was tickled pink, it looked and ran like it was brand new. It sure pays to find a great Rolex repair shop! The one I was using didn't seem to fix anything right and I hate paying for something that was not done properly.

I was looking for someone to repair my Rolex Submariner so I searched the internet. I talked to two other supposedly Rolex service centers, I was just not satisfied with the way they talked to me and answered my questions. It just seemed they didn't want my business.

I then called The Rolex Doctor and spoke with Jeffrey Harris, it was amazing how this man spoke with me, it was though I had known him for some time. Jeffrey went through the whole procedure of the way my watch would be handled when he received it. I thought wow this man sounds as though he wants to do business with me. I sent my watch to him, and the very day he received it true to his word he called and was ready to give me an estimate, he went through all the problems the watch had, the parts that would need to be replaced, and how they would be replaced, and the tests that would be run on my watch before he would release it back to me.

Again true to his word my estimate did not increase and the watch looked new and runs perfect. I have definitely found my Rolex repair man. This man is an expert on this and is true to everything he tells you I would definitely recommend him for your high end watch repair.

I was very impressed with every aspect of my transaction with The Rolex Doctor. Mr Harris was very personable and timely throughout the entire process. He took my 15 year old, badly abused Rolex and made it look new again. The watch was near a total loss when I sent it to him and I actually thought the band would need to be replaced. We just received my husband's Submariner Rolex back and it looked like new. It was super clean and shiny like the day that we bought it. Jeffrey does take a long time with the watch but he makes sure that all the pieces in the watch are in tact and working properly before he gets it back to you. I send him my watch a few years ago and I was so nervous sending someone in Florida that I did not know well my valuable time piece. I took my chances only because I had already been taken for by so called "certified Rolex" repairs that cost me lots of money and my watch was not working properly. I then started looking on the internet for expert watchmaker and ran across this website.

I contacted Jeffrey Harris by phone and then took my watch into his shop to be cleaned. He spent considerable time with me explaining everything that he would do and why it was needed. He also explained that he would need to keep it for about a month. I also decided to have the face changed from the light color to black so it would be much easier to read the time. I picked up the watch when it was finished and again Jeffrey explained everything that he had done. My watch looks like it is brand new! And Runs Like Brand New. When my dad passed away in 2008 I inherited his Rolex. I wore it every day until I cracked the crystal in 2013, that's when I began looking for someone to repair it. I found out it's not as easy as taking it to your local jeweler. After surfing the web I chose the rolex doctor because his prices seemed fair.

I could not be happier with my choice! As a restaurant manager the best watch I owned up until my dad's death had been a seiko. Jeffery Harris Was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My watch came back today and I now know how it looked when my Dad bought it years ago!

I own a simple 27 year old Datejust Rolex. I wore the watch for almost 20 years every single day. I’m embarrassed to admit I never had it serviced. Then the crown broke and I put it in a drawer knowing I couldn’t afford to repair it at that time. A few months ago I was searching for something and spotted the watch. I decided to see if I could get it repaired so I took it to several local jewelers that advertised “authorized Rolex dealer”. None of them had anyone who could repair the watch on site or even in the city. I received estimates from $750 to $995 but they all contained the caveat that “additional work may be required”. None would guarantee their work unless I agreed to send the watch back to Rolex and I had read enough Rolex reviews to know I was in for a serious bill. Then, I found RolexDoctor.net.

Of course I was concerned about sending a valuable watch across the country to a company I couldn’t even be certain really existed. The thought crossed my mind that I must need my head examined, not my watch! I called the phone number posted on the internet and spoke to Jeffrey Harris, the owner. He actually answered the phone at 6:15pm on a Thursday evening. We spoke for several minutes and was I convinced that I had found the right person to fix my watch. Jeffrey’s knowledge of the watch repair industry was impressive and verifiable. I took notes while he spoke and then researched his information. It was impeccable.

He sent me a prepaid, insured FedEx label and called me within 10 minutes of the package arriving at his business. Two days later he called me with an itemized estimate. His estimate never changed – there was no “bait and switch”. In fact, Jeffrey completed additional repairs he discovered as he worked on my watch at no extra cost to me. As the repairs progressed, he called me several times to let me know what was happening. He is a delightful person and I felt completely comfortable. When it was completed and he had tested it repeatedly he returned the watch same way it had been sent to him. Every step of the way, I knew exactly where my watch was and what was being done to it. I was thrilled to be able to wear my watch again! Jeffrey even “walked me through” setting the watch since it had been years since I had done that. Every time I check the time, I smile! I am thrilled to have my watch back. Oh, and Jeffrey doesn’t charge for those smiles, either!

If you are reading this review then you are doing what I did, that is I researched the Rolex Doctor prior to sending them my GMT Master Rolex watch for repairs and refurbishment.

I learned that the Rolex Doctor is indeed a reputable, experienced and a very competent business with high standards and expertise regarding the repair and restoration of Rolex watches. It takes years of experience to have authentic Rolex parts for watches that are no longer in production, which was the case for my particular watch. Also the equipment to test and certify the watch is not cheap to own and/or maintain. And yes I could have had my watch repaired and restored someplace else, however I'm very leary of who I entrust with my GMT Master. Some places may be legit, however I couldn't "vet" these business out like I did the Rolex Doctor. This company did a superb job and there were some repairs made without even charging me. For example there was a dent in the clasp, which is gone now.

I can recommend the Rolex Doctor for repairs/restoration of Rolex watches. Be advised that it will take time, however I was not at all disappointed, in fact I am one very pleased customer.

I spoke to Jeffrey about my 1985 Rolex Datejust with a Black Tapestry dial which was running slow. After finding out that the watch had never ever been cleaned or worked on for 28 years, I was dismayed. But Jeffrey assured me that all was not lost. I sent him my watch and he told me that it surely needed cleaning, but it also needed an overhaul. He replaced the axel mainspring, hands crystal tube and crown. And cleaned it not once, but 3 times to ensure it ran perfectly. I am so glad I sent Jeffrey my watch. All the work and care he put into the watch was done professionally and with great care. It now looks and runs like it was brand new! I would recommend anyone that has a valuable watch that needs repair to contact Jeffrey. He's the best!

What a wonderful experience it was to deal with you!!!! I woke up one day and found that my Rolex had just stopped working. My husband did his homework and found you. After talking to you he was convinced that you were the one he wanted to send my presidential watch to for repair. You walked him through each step of the process and that pleased him. Needless to say, we were very uneasy about sending it through the mail. You made the process very easy. You called us when you received it and later called with and estimate of what you found wrong.

Wow, was all I could say when I received my watch back. It looked just like it did when my husband bought it for me 16 years ago. I cannot say enough on how beautiful my watch turned out. It is something that I wear just about 365 days a year. I am so glad that we found you and will never consider anyone else to clean or repair my beautiful time piece.

In September 2013, I spent 5 days trying to locate service/repairs for my Rolex Datejust 18K Oyster Diamond Dial . I called local and Denver Rolex retailers and researched on line extensively. I was really frustrated with the lack of response and communication with several so called "Rolex repair centers" . I called Jeffrey Harris, Rolex Doctor, and was immediately impressed with his response and knowledge over the phone. Although a little concerned with shipping my Rolex thousands of miles away to Boca Raton, Florida , I followed Jeffrey's instructions after receiving his shipping label. I received several calls, one immediately after my Rolex was received and a day later a thorough, professional, knowledgeable estimate of repairs. Every few days I could call Jeffrey and I always received an answer to my question. Today I received my Rolex, BETTER THAN BRAND NEW, working exceptionally well and a follow up call from Jeffrey to make sure all was in good order.

My poor Rolex was a mess when I sent it to Jeffrey. It is over 20 years old. The crystal was chipped, water had gotten inside, the hands had become rusty, and the watch had stopped running. I really thought it was a lost cause. I contacted Jeffrey, and described my dilemma. He reassured me that the watch would look like new, and run like new after he was done with it.
I just got my watch back this past week, and I could not believe the "magic" Jeffrey performed on it. My Rolex looks and runs like it did the day my husband gave it to me. I am very pleased, and I highly recommend Jeffrey Harris for any Rolex concerns you might have.

I sent my dad's WWII era Royal Precision Rolex to Jeffrey to see what, if anything, could be done to get this thing back in working order. Come to find out the watch was produced in 1945 and after a few weeks of TLC and some expert workmanship the watch was returned in excellent working order and looking like new.

I now wear this family heirloom daily and have received several compliments from friends and family.

In addition to showcasing the Rolex Doctor's craftsmanship, it keeps perfect time - if I can remember to wind it daily...

If you are hesitating to send your Rolex to Jeffrey Harris(The Rolex Doctor), think again!!!

After researching the internet at length I found the Rolex Doctor, Jeffrey Harris and read many of his testimonials.

I contacted Jeffrey and he discussed my watch at length with me. I explained to him that I had just received my Rolex back from a prominent jeweler after cracking the crystal by dropping my watch on a tile floor. Well my watch was ruined!! There was a space between the body of the watch and I could not even read the date due to a poorly installed crystal! I was even in tears while describing what the other jeweler had returned to me as a replaced crystal on my cherished Rolex President. This Rolex president was 30 years old and I have never taken the watch off my wrist except when in or around water. After very specific instructions, I received an Email With My Fedex Shipping label from Jeffrey and consequently sent my watch to Jeffrey.

Jeffrey called me right away after he received my Rolex; as promised he explained what needed to be done. He stated he would also call me to update me throughout the repair process and called me at least twice before sending my watch back to me. What jeweler does this!!!! ????

I have received my watch back which looks BETTER THAN NEW!! My family and I will never use anyone else for our Rolex repairs and service.

When my Rolex stopped ticking after 30 years of everyday use, I was hard pressed to find a reputable repairman. All the research was indicating that I needed to send it back to one of the 3 Rolex dealers in the U.S. to be sure that it was professionally repaired. This could have been done, but not without exorbitant costs and a several month wait. After browsing the internet, I happened to read several testimonials about Jeffery Harris the "Rolex Doctor". I was skeptical at first of internet scams, but felt that I had nothing to lose by calling him. Well I called and left a message, Jeff called back within 10 minutes. After several minutes of conversation, I just had a gut feeling that this guy is very knowledgeable and was the real deal. I decided to send him my watch and the rest is history. I could not believe the prompt attention & multiple phone calls regarding every facet of the incoming condition, service needed and estimated turn around time. Jeff initially quoted me a price, which I felt was extremely fair and he stuck to it even though additional work and cleanings were necessary. I received my watch back and not only did it look better than new, but it performed flawlessly. There is no doubt that Jeff is a perfectionist and takes considerable pride in his trade, a rarity in today's hurried world. Give his guy a shot, you won't be sorry!

My 10 year old Rolex Datejust stopped working and I searched online for a reputable watch repairer. I submitted my info online and Jeffrey Harris called me within the hour to discuss the watch and how to fix it. I sent it to him with the pre-paid Fedex label. Jeffrey got me the watch back a few days early because I was going out of town. The watch arrived working perfectly and looking like when I bought it ten years ago. I sent Jeffery, the Rolex Doctor my 28 year old Submariner for repair and re-servicing. The watch looked it's age, was running fast and I could not adjust the time. The Dr. did his Rolex magic and brought my watch back to life. It came home looking brand new and working absolutely perfect! Several parts needed replacing and it certainly needed cleaning and buffing and he did all to perfection. I am so happy with the results and his skilled craftsmanship that I will be sending him my wife's Rolex for servicing next!

After speaking with Jeff on the phone about my 1966 Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust, which was totally trashed, saturated with water and left in a drawer for 4 years, I shipped it to him and he promptly contacted me and assured me that he could make it new again for a reasonable price and boy did he ever!

I was so excited to see it the day it arrived. It truly was new again. I have worn it for a month now and it has kept perfect time, just like he said it would. It was a pleasure to do business with him and I would highly recommend him to repair any Rolex, in any condition. I am looking forward to doing business with him again.

I am writing to thank you for the wonderful job you did in returning my wife's and my Rolex watches to "Brand New" condition. We had , admittedly, not kept up with cleanings and adjustments. My Rolex GMT Master II had gone 26 years with out any TLC. You made them new again! New bezel, new crystal, new main spring, and lots more for a very reasonable cost. My wife's Oyster Perpetual Datejust got a very similar treatment.

My Rolex lost its' stem, had miscellaneous scratches and was looking very old. I sent it to the Doctor and it returned looking as if it just came out of the jeweler's show case. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised. The repairs and cosmetics to the watch are triple A+ workmanship.

I researched many repair options for my Rolex Datejust with custom dial, and after reading Jeffrey's testimonials, I knew he was the one to go to. And I am so pleased with the outcome!

If you have a custom Rolex, getting repair by Rolex USA is problematic, because they will fix your watch but give it back to you with standard factory options, I.e. remove your custom dial or bezel. This is not advertised at Rolex and in fact I brought mine in to the site in NYC only to find this out the hard way.

So then knowing where to turn to send your precious watch, that is a challenge.

I called Jeffrey and we spoke about the issues my watch was having, and immediately I could tell that he really knew what he was talking about. My watch was an eBay purchase and I had never serviced it in 10 years (oops) so I really didn't know much about it. But site unseen, Jeffrey had some ideas abut what was wrong and what needed to be fixed.

I sent the watch via FedEx and after he received it, we had a long conversation about the inner workings of my Rolex! Jeffrey patiently explained what was going on and how he could fix it. And given that I had never serviced the watch, it needed a few things fixed. He clearly explained how he would make the repairs and all of the steps he would take to ensure that the watch was keeping time before sending it back to me.

I missed my watch for those several weeks but when I received the watch back, all I can say is WOW! I see others have commented on the condition the watch is returned, but it truly is exceptional. I had never seen the watch as sparkling and beautiful. And now it even keeps time accurately!

Do not have reservations about dealing with Jeffrey, you will not be disappointed by his quality workmanship, professionalism, and courteous demeanor.

I was afraid to send in my Rolex Datejust at first because it was my first time sending something so valuable out for repair to someone I had to Google to find.

A day later Jeffrey called me and assured everything will be okay and even emailed me a label all paid for. It took him about 3 months to get the parts and complete the repair on my Rolex, by the time i received it back it looked fantastic, like brand new. He even repaired my case at no additional charge.

Jeffrey is truly a master in his craft, second to none. For all my future Rolexes and high end watch service and purchases i will check with Jeffrey first. You will not believe the knowledge he has on these watches. Highly recommended! thank You!

I knew I had to have my Rolex Oyster serviced. The only big problem I had, was to whom do I entrust my watch? I did a lot of research and every site I went to stated they are the best and cheapest in the business. Except the RolexDoctor's website, who didn't mention price or claim to be the cheapest. He only claimed to be an expert in Rolex Repair.

I eventually thought that Jeffrey Harris (the Rolex doctor) was the go to guy. I liked the way Jeff handled my questions as well as my request to call up some of his satisfied clients. All gave him top marks for reliability, quality of work and follow through, including receiving and shipping the watch.

Just received the Rolex Oyster back, externally it looks fabulous, Jeffrey has done a beautiful job. No reason to doubt that he hasn't done the same fabulous job mechanically, my Rolex works perfectly.

Jeff is highly professional, totally reliable and does what he says.

Thanks for the service on my Submariner....I purchased the watch from an E-Bay seller (got a good deal) and within a few weeks, the watch stopped working. I researched the internet, located your web site and sent in an inquiry. Within an hour you called, explaining what you could do for me. I sent the watch to you and within a day, you called and explained what was wrong with the watch and how you would proceed correcting all that was wrong. After a couple of weeks, you called, explained in detail what you found/fixed and the next steps in the process. This past Monday, I received a call from you stating the watch was done and on its' way back to me. I received the watch today at my work place, immediately opened up the package and the watch looks pristine. I received a call from you and asked how the watch looked and I said "stunning."...I thank you for your excellent customer service, response and will send my Rolex Datejust with jubilee bracelet to you, when my wife allows it...Thanks again...Great service provider, which is difficult to located in these difficult economic times...

Four years ago my best friend passed away. As young men we flew patrol planes as Naval Aviators where we worked long hours and visited some very interesting parts of the world. He always told me that as an aviator you needed to wear a fine watch. As we matured he retired from the service and I went on to academics. That did not break the bond; friends for life.

A year after his passing I received a small plain wooden box from his wife. It contained his vintage Rolex GMT, a true aviator’s timepiece. Typically possessions are not very important to me, but in this case it is a special link to a friendship and interesting lives well lived.

Another truism - All mechanical things need maintenance and repair. This past May I contacted Jeffrey Harris and asked if he would replace the bezel. Jeffrey agreed and recommended that I also have the watch serviced. He promised that I would not be disappointed. Jeffrey handled the secure shipping of the watch to his facility and he regularly communicated about his progress. The outcome was absolutely stunning!

Jeffrey, Outstanding - a job very well done!

Hello Jeffery, I recently spent three weeks on work assignment in the United Kingdom, while there I entrusted my Rolex Submariner to you for servicing. My watch was returned to me yesterday, after working through the packaging, I was elated to see the condition of the watch. I contacted the Rolex Doctor through a web search. Jeff Harris immediately impressed me as a knowledgeable and believable professional. I forwarded my Rolex for crystal repair and service. Upon inspection he informed me that the two tone Datejust that was sold to me with a notarized appraisal was, rather, a stainless that had been converted with add-on gold components. He made many calls and inquiries on my behalf, with no certainty of financial gain on his end. After a very modest invoice for crystal replacement and shipping he returned it, and I was able to send it back to the original dealer for a satisfactory settlement.

I would recommend Jeff Harris to anyone who needs help with their watches. He is a sincere and honest businessman, and a credit to his profession.

I wanted to add my testimonial to your website so that others may realize the benefits of your services through my experience.

This Rolex was given to my father for 40 years service in his company. The date on the engraving is 1959 and I always thought that also was the approximate year the watch had been made. Later I found out the serial number shows the watch was made in 1945.

I have been trying to get my Rolex fixed for a couple of years. It was supposed to have been serviced in 2010 but in early 2011 when I went to set the time on it after not using it for a time the stem came out. I took the watch to a store here in Venice Florida and they told me to go to a watch store in Sarasota which I did. They took the watch and after a couple of weeks called me and said that they could not get parts for it and probably nobody except Rolex could do anything for me. They also said that because I had an aftermarket bracelet on it Rolex might not help me.

I Googled Rolex online and found them and also your site and so I thought I would give you a try so I sent in a request for a quote and you actually called back that same day. We talked and I thought you would just say the watch was too old to fix but after asking me a few questions you said to send you the watch and you probably could fix it. I knew the watch looked pretty rough and also needed a new crystal when I sent it to you. After you got the watch you called me to discuss what you could do. We decided to refinish the dial and do what ever needed to be done to get it running well again.

I received the watch back after about 5 weeks looking as though it was a brand new watch. The dial is perfect as is the rest of the case and bracelet. I have only worn it for a couple of days but I believe it also keeps perfect time. Thank you very much for taking care of one of our families prize processions. Eventually this will go to my grandson and with it your card if he needs any work done.

I am such a perfectionist I thought it would be impossible that your work would be worth what you asked me to pay......I was so wrong. My Dad's 1951 Rolex looks as if it were manufactured yesterday. Unbelievable the precision it must have taken to make sure each microscopic part of the face was restored to perfection.

My husband initially contacted Jeffrey as my 25+ year old Rolex had been lying in the drawer for over a year because it stopped keeping time. I believe it had some salt water damage and rust. Plus, it had never been properly serviced in all those years.

Jeffrey arranged the shipping and called the minute it arrived at his shop in Florida. He gave an extremely detailed account of everything that needed to be done and replaced. He is passionate about watches and very knowledgable. If he found something more to be done while repairing my watch, he fixed it and did not charge more. He was great to keep us informed along the way and called when he shipped it and when it was delivered.

My watch just arrived and it looks brand new! The date and time set for my time zone. The baguette-bezel is just sparkling.....I feel like I have traded up! I have to clean my rings and get a manicure because everyone will be staring at the "new" Rolex on my wrist.

I couldn't recognize my watch when I got it after repair and overhaul!!! I couldn't even find the big scratch which I had on it, it looked absolutely brand new. Jeffrey did a perfect job. Two weeks ago I brought my 1990 vintage Rolex watch in to Jeff Harris to replace the crystal and for refurbishment. I recently purchased a Tudor Chronograph from the Rolex Doctor on eBay (seller:buywatches4less), his correspondence and service in sending the watch was just amazing. As a long time Rolex collector I wanted to have a backup to my Rolex Daytona. This Tudor is virtually brand new and probably the best buy I have made on eBay in years. If you see a high end watch on this website --buy it. you might be as lucky as I was with my Tudor.

I promised Jeffrey months ago that I'd write a testimonial, so I apologize for being so tardy.

That said, he did a great job recently repairing and restoring my 1962 Datejust Rolex. It was a lot more satisfying dealing with him than it is shipping my watch anonymously to Rolex to have it repaired. After several months, I can say that he did a fine job in the face of a major challenge -- me.

I absolutely plan to send my watch back to him for it's next service in a couple years, and in the meantime I vow not to wear it while doing engineering and geological work in deep uranium mines. Cross my heart. Really.

My Rolex "DateJust" completely stopped. There was condensation inside the crystal and a large scratch along the edge. It needed work!

I searched the web and came across "the Rolex Doctor" and thought I would look into him. I made the right choice! Jeffrey was very personable and a few minutes of speaking to him, I could tell he knew what he was doing. I sent my watch to Jeffrey and he did a thorough diagnosis of the issues. He sent me pictures of everything he found wrong and went over it with me on the phone. I told him to move forward with the repair. When I got my watch back I was stunned! Jeff did a Fantastic job on my 30 year old Rolex GMT Master. I initially thought that it was a piece of junk, but I did research and decided on Jeff, the Rolex Doctor. His name is appropriate because he revived my watch from the near death that it was experiencing. I sent him what I considered to be a piece of junk, and the end result was ASTOUNDING. He took the watch apart, found that the gasket was corroded and essentially gone, which had allowed moisture into the watch and ruined some gears. Jeff could be called the "Great Communicator," because he called me first with an estimate that was more than reasonable, and then called me weekly to report on the progress that he was making. When I received the watch, it took my breath away. It is a beautiful precision instrument, restored to its full glory. I would swear that it was new and came right out of the box. If your watch needs to be repaired, there is no one else that I could or would recommend. In today's world, it is rare to find anyone or a company that cares so much and sticks to their original estimate. Look nowhere else. Jeff is called the "Rolex Doctor" because he is! You will never get this type of service from a company. Jeff cares, and it is reflected in his superb communication and updates. Go no where else if you cannot decide on a repair facility. About 22yrs. ago my wife gave me a Rolex Presidential watch for our 10 yr anniversary. Seldom has the watch left my wrist, it has been diving in exotic locales such as Cozumel, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Cabo San Lucas, and Cayman Islands. Some months ago the bezel tube was loose and I took it to the corner watch repair shop , BIG MISTAKE!!!! One day at the beach it became loose again and my Rolex flooded with salt water. After a couple of estimates in the thousands of dollars I got lucky and stumbled across the Rolex Doctor Jeff's website when I searched google for "Rolex repair". I’ve rescued my restored Rolex from FedEx captivity and…well…Wow! You did a really fantastic job…it’s beautiful…and I believe the watch is far more attractive now than it was, fresh out of the box, back in 1968.

This presents me with a dilemma since I must now decide upon the occasions for which I can safely wear the watch without dinging it and without having some evil-doer decide that they need the watch more than I do. Dilemma or not, I’m glad to be wearing my Rolex again, and you have my undying gratitude for doing such a good job. After much research, I was delighted to find Jeffrey to service my 3 cherished Breitling watches. He arranged for shipping, and called as promised to tell me what each watch needed --- he gave a price, and guaranteed me that "nothing else" would be found to cause the price to go up. He kept me advised as he worked on the watches, and delivered them when promised --- WOW!!! What a job, even the 32 year old Chronomat looked brand-spankin new, and yes, each watch operated perfectly, as new. My Men's Rolex Presidential, with a blue dial, was given to me as a Christmas gift this past Christmas. My mother was given an "identical" women's super presidential, but the blue dials didn't seem to match very closely. The watch had a few chips in the top right corner of the crystal, the blue watch dial was slowly flaking off, and the hands were faded as well. Being a perfectionist I wanted the watch repaired, so I went searching. I came across the Rolex doctor and submitted a request for an estimate on a Saturday night, around 8 P.M.. I expected to hear back sometime later in the week, but not more than 20 minutes later I got a call from none other than the Rolex Doctor himself, Jeffery, at 11 P.M. East Coast time. He asked me a set of questions about the watch, where I got it, and how old I thought it was. He told me he believed the watch to be an older model, but that wasn't what my fathers jeweler told him when he purchased the matching watches. At this point I was a little skeptical about who to believe. Jeff and I spoke a few more times throughout the week, but I was still nervous about sending such an expensive watch all the way across the country to a man I hadn't met in person. I ended up taking a leap of faith and sent him the watch, needless to say my family thought I was crazy. When Jeff received the watch he called me and told me the blue dial wasn't the standard "blue" color, but that he would do his best to match the color. I didn't think to mention it to him that I would actually prefer the standard blue color to match my mothers watch, but I guess I figured he knew best. After about three weeks I gave Jeff a call and he said it was going to take another three to four weeks to match the color. At this point I was a little nervous about whether or not I would ever see the watch again. Sure enough about three weeks later I get a call from Jeff, but he says "I have some bad news.". At this point I expected to here I "lost your watch", but instead he said to me "The other blue was too hard to match, so I just returned it to the original color to match your mothers watch, is it alright if I send you a few pictures". Not more than 5 minutes later I received a few pictures of the watch from Jeff. To say the least I was stunned at how new the watch looked. When I received the watch in the mail my mouth hit the floor. I can't help it but every time I look at the watch now I can't help but smile. My father was stunned at how much better the watch looks and how well it matches my mothers watch. Needless to say Jeff did an AMAZING job. I will be sending him my Tag Heuer next and my Rolex from here on out. He has earned my business for as long as I own this watch, and my family will be sending him theirs for any future servicing or repairs. Jeff I can't thank you enough, you truly are the Rolex Doctor.

I bought my first Rolex back in 1993 and I truly love this watch, it has great sentimental value to me.  Unfortunately, I never serviced the watch and the crown on my Rolex Explorer became worn, water got into it and damaged the mechanism. I took it to several watch repair specialists who told me that it had extensive corrosion inside and it would need an entirely new mechanism. My wife found the rolex doctor on line and since I was taking a business trip to Miami I decided to call and make an appointment with Jeffrey in his Boca Raton, FL store.  He took the time to explain everything that was wrong with the watch, what he would do to repair it and how to take care of it once I received the watch back from him.  Jeffrey put me completley at ease, and I felt confident entrusting my watch to him.  He told me the repairs would take two month and that I would be completly satisfied, and he was entirely right I was ecstatic.   To my surprise the watch was done in only 3 weeks, and it came back almost better than new.  I am elated with how wonderful my watch looks. I truly appreciate the wonderful work Jeffrey has done and the time he took to explain step by step what needed to be done and how to maintain it now in excellent working condition.

We have had this Rolex in the extended family since 1957, Recently as the caretaker of the Rolex it stopped working, the years, tropics for a while, moisture had taken it's toll. I took it to the local jewelers and Rolex watch experts in CT and NY but all said this is not just a cleaning but more and Rolex does not keep making parts on their older watches. I had seen Jeffrey's website for Rolex Doctor early on but I was a little anxious about mailing this precious watch but Jeffrey put me at ease right away. I figured the cost to get the Rolex back to excellent was going to be significant but it is a lifetime investment and being the caretaker I was going to do what I had to for it to work again. Jeffrey the Rolex doctor delivered in every way I can think of Security, Confidence that he can do the job, access to the key parts, He estimated the cost to get it back to excellent and it was fair, he delivered on all Above. I came home from work and found out that my 3 y.o. son dropped my watch and cracked the lens on my Rolex. I went online and found Jeffrey, the Rolex Doctor. I called him and he assured me that he would fix it and make it look brand new again. I was very hesitant to send it all the way to Florida when I can take it to a local jewelry store who can do the same thing. After research and continuing to talk to Jeffrey, I sent my watch the next day. Six weeks later, I received my watch Fed-ex. I can't explain how much I appreciate the great job Jeffrey has done! He was NOT lying about making it look brand new again...the scratches and dirt in between are gone!!! I can't be happier and satisfied with the work he has done.

Jeffrey takes pride in his work and enjoys what he does. He is very trustworthy. This is the type of person who you should allow to touch your ROLEX! The price was very very reasonable! I thought for sure it would cost much more, but he came back with a lower price than I anticipated.

My watch looked like it had been run over before sending it in for a repair. I wore it 24 hours a day for 5-6 years. It stopped running one day and I was considering a new watch when a friend told me about Jeffrey's website. I looked it up and was impressed. I can't recommend Jeffrey Harris, the Rolex Doctor enough as a repair source for Your Rolex Watch. He repaired and refinished my Rolex and now it looks and runs as good as the day I bought it 18 years ago.

I found two Rolex repair companies on the internet. I called the first one, and I couldn't get past the UN-knowledgeable person that answered my call. So I called Jeffrey and it was clear that he understood the workings of my Rolex watch, he told me what he would do, and how much he would charge me. I was apprehensive about sending an expensive watch to a company that I found on the internet, but I Needn't have been. Jeffrey not only repaired it, but refurbished it to not only work good, but to look brand new again.

Thank you for treating my watch as if it were your own. I sent you my 1975 Rolex Submariner for a simple service and you talked me into a complete overhaul - thank goodness. The watch was not keeping time and had condensation under the crystal. This is a watch worn daily and has taken alot of abuse and also never properly serviced since 75'. Jeffrey - you kept calling me and letting me know the problems you found within the watch. Although skeptical at first (I must admit), I trusted you with a timepiece that will be handed down within our family. You delivered my watch along with the original parts replaced and I cant be happier. My Rolex looks better than I can ever remember and is keeping perfect time.

I purchased a used Rolex Submariner about eight years ago and have worn it daily. I never had the watch serviced, as it had always run fine. It recently began accumulating condensation under the crystal, which gave me a reason to bring it in for a complete overhaul. I located RolexDoctor.net online and then visited the shop in person to have the watch evaluated by Jeffrey. He told me the watch was actually 16 years old and had probably never been serviced. He recommended the watch be completely overhauled and provided me with a reasonable cost estimate.
After obtaining the appropriate relacement parts and cleaning the watch twice, I received the watch back from Jeffrey ten weeks later. It looks and runs like a brand new watch! Jeffrey's craftsmanship is amazing and I would recommend his services enthusiastically!

Having been through the maze of "experts" in securing someone to repair my Rolex, I drove to Jeff's shop and gave him my watch as well as a brief history of repairs. This included changing batteries twice (there is no battery), having it cleaned (case was never opened), and much more b.s. Long story short, he completely overhauled my watch (this was back in December, 2010) and when I received it, I couldn't believe that it was mine as it looked as good (if not better) and ran as well as the first day that I received it. He is trustworthy, the ultimate in professionalism, and simply, worked magic on my watch. I am grateful...

I sent Jeffrey my 20 year old Rolex in pretty bad shape. Water damage and the works. He gave me an upfront estimate, made sure that I understood all that they were going to do to the watch. I recently acquired a 1966 GMT Master from a dear friend. The watch has spent the last few decades of its life banging around in a junk drawer. After searching the web, I decided to give Jeffrey a call. Talking with Jeffrey is like talking to an old friend. He not only answered all my questions about this GMT,my first Rolex, but always has a little life story to add to the mix. I had purchased my wife a Rolex approximately 10 years ago. Although she loved it, several years later it stopped working and after a repair that again resulted in a malfunctioning watch, the watch was unused for several years. I considered selling it for a loss. Instead I sent the watch to Jeff, the Rolex Doctor. He discussed what his plans were for evaluation and for fixing the watch. I also wanted to switch to a pink face with diamond indicators to make the watch nicer and for it to be consistent with my wife's shabby chic shop, Tickled Pink. Jeff did an amazing job on repairing the watch! My wife was thrilled. The watch looked better than new and is nicer than any watch that I could have purchased new for her. She wears it everyday and the value of the watch increased tremendously subsequent to Jeff's repair and reconstruction. I have had my ladies Rolex about thirty years. Ironically, I was working at a store that was a Rolex dealer. I never really did a major servicing. The crystal had cracked and I never replaced it. I am a scuba diver, and this watch had been on hundreds of dives, most with a cracked crystal. Finally, after a December dive, I could not reset the time any more. Knowing that any jewelry store around town would sent it to Rolex which could take forever and would cost too much for my budget, I searched the web. When I found Jeffrey's website, I felt confident he knew his business. After I sent it to him, it was a challenge to find the parts and fix and clean the many things it needed. When the watch came back, I was very pleased. It looks and runs like a new watch, and I feel his price was very reasonable.

Our watches are 27 years old, so when Jeffrey told me they were completed and he would be sending them back, he also said we would be so pleased, but I didn't realize HOW pleased we would be! I told him "did you send us new watches"? That's how fantastic they looked! Not only did they LOOK fabulous, they are running like new! Every little scratch was gone and the bracelet clasps are nice and tight, the new crystals just sparkle, unlike what we sent to him! The bracelets are also like new! An additional bonus is the knowledge and history of your watch that Jeffrey will share with you. We will definitely be sending our watches to him again when they need a check-up!

I called Jeffrey after I dropped my Rolex Datejust and did a real number on it. After telling him how it was broke he gave me an estimate and arranged for a Fedex delivery. After he examined it, there were more issues with it which I did not doubt. He promised he would return it looking brand new - which it did! He even buffed out all the scratches in the band. He put alot of time in the repair - which shows that he put great care in fixing it. It did take some time but well worth it!

My fiance's Corum watch was in such disrepair. It had stopped working with moisture under the crystal. Although, my fiance would take his watch to local well known jewelry stores for repairs and batteries, we found that they did not have the expertise and unfortunately, added to the watch's seeming demise. I saw Doctor Rolex this Spring on the net and called him and he was very convincing that he could make my 20 year old Rolex all gold submariner look like new. I was reluctant to send it to a stranger on the phone. I can't say enough about Jeffrey the Rolex Doctor! My grandfather left me his 1950's era DateJust a few years ago. The watch had been "serviced" by our local watch "expert" several years before, and when it came to me, the watch was losing 7-9 minutes a day, and was very much showing its age. I then absentmindedly submerged it into our pond, and was horrified to find that a good deal of water had made its way inside. I immediately took the watch to our local Rolex dealer, who assured me that it could be repaired, but that time was of the essence. 4 weeks later, I learned that Rolex had returned the watch without repair because of its age. I found Jeffrey on the internet, and despite some reservations about sending a family heirloom to a complete stranger on the other side of the country, I decided to take a chance and see what Jeffrey could do. I found Jeffrey via the internet when I needed to have my watch serviced after getting water in the case. I have to admit I was a little tentative about sending my watch to someone whom I had no knowledge about. From the beginning, Jeffrey provided the highest level of customer service, by answering all my questions and helping with the shipping process. As soon as he received my watch, he took it apart and called to let me know what was required. After sending it back to me, he followed up by phone to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I feel like I'm wearing a brand new watch. The case and band were polished and any little nicks and scratches are gone. My watch is running beautifully and I couldn't be happier with the total customer experience. And I probably saved several hundred dollars by not sending my watch to Rolex!

There is a section in downtown Chicago called "Jewelers Row" where one can buy and sell jewelry as well as have it repaired. I have done all three there, but rather than walk to Jeweler's Row, I sent my Rolex to Jeffrey in Florida for repair, and I am glad I did. Jeffrey's knowledge, patience and integrity are good reasons to do business with him.

I have a 15 year-old Rolex with a quartz movement that needed a new battery. The last time I needed a battery I shipped it off to Rolex who charged over $300 and kept it for a couple of months. My wife took it in to a local jeweler who said they could ship it off to Rolex and the cost would be $495. I found the Rolex doctor on line, called the toll free number, and talked to Jeffrey. It was $75 plus shipping, and my watch was out and back in less than a week. It's working perfectly and looks great.
Jeffrey kept me informed every step of the way including a follow up call after I got it back to be sure I was satisfied. I could not have had a better experience. Jeffrey is the best.

I have the most respect for Jeffrey, his integrity speaks for itself and separates him from the pack. I had emailed him and he called to give me a quote then he called to keep me updated through the whole process which he said he had to do two times because my watch is a vintage 1966 Day/Date and he had to change a lot of parts the wait was well worth it. I just had a call from him last night a month after the repair and he wanted to know how my Rolex Diamond Presidential was doing? How's that for going beyond the call? Right On Jeffrey.

Jeffrey is the real deal. I, too, had reservations about sending my watch based upon an internet advertisement. Set those fears aside; Jeffrey is a true craftsman and a man of integrity. He keeps you informed throughout the repair process. My Rolex got water in it - still don't know how - and it needed a lot of parts. Jeffrey gave me an estimate and even though it required some additional parts he stayed with the original quote, which was less than quote I received at a well known hometown shop. To my amazement, Jeffrey calls and follows up after he repairs your watch. He wants you to be satisfied. My watch keeps better time now than it ever has. I will not hesitate to recommend him to all my friends with fine timepieces.

I started having problems with my Rolex ladies Datejust not keeping time- I took it to a well known Rolex dealer right outside The Woodlands Mall for repair and I was charged about $700. The very next year I had to take it in again because it just kept losing time, then I ended up dropping it and breaking the crystal. I took it in to another jeweler in the woodlands mall and they did a major overhaul and changed out the crystal as well. Once again within a year the watch started to lose time. This time I searched High and Low for a True Professional to fix my watch. I wanted it running right and I didn't want to have to be sinking $700 a year just for my watch to work right. Jeffrey Harris (RolexDoctor.net) took a while with my watch because he said he had a lot of kinks to fix with it, I recently got the watch back and it is keeping time wonderfully!- My husband also purchased a Custom Diamond Bezel from Jeffrey to put on my watch, my watch looks awesome and his price on the bezel is a lot less than we had seen before. I had my reservations about shipping my expensive watch to someone over the internet in Florida. I searched online recently for someone to repair my twenty year old Rolex Submariner. I wore it every day and over the past couple of years it was starting to fail miserably, not keeping time and looking pretty beaten up. I didn’t want to get a new one. This is such a classic watch.

Unfortunately, the watch was running slow and was in general disrepair. I came across the Rolex Doctor site and the Rolex Doctor claimed he could perform miracles. A miracle was needed to restore this watch - that was for sure.

So, on a recent trip to South Florida I took my Rolex to the Rolex Doctor hoping he could assist me expecting he would not be who he said he was online.
I met Jeffrey. I was immediately impressed. He explained what he thought was wrong with the timepiece, what work needed to be done and in great detail how he was going to repair and restore the timepiece. Jeffrey knew exactly what he was doing and was very patient as he plainly and pleasantly explained the process. I had complete confidence he would do what he said he was going to do so we made a deal for him to repair and restore the watch and send it to me when it was finished.

A few weeks later a package arrived. I opened it. The Rolex looked brand new and seemed to be operating like a brand new watch. I was very, very pleased. The movements were all functioning without any sticking. All of the marks, bumps and bruises were gone.

It is now a few weeks later. The watch looks brand new and people ask if my watch is new. They are amazed it is twenty years old.
I proudly wear my new old Rolex every day.

My very special thanks to Jeffrey for restoring my watch to original.

I have a 13 year old Rolex Explorer. It got dinged and scuffed from normal everyday wear. I put it in my safe about 5 years ago because it started losing about 8 seconds a day. Finally I decided I wanted to wear it again. I did an internet search for Rolex repair and got VERY LUCKY in finding Jeffrey Harris at RolexDoctor.net. Over the past 30 years my wife and I had taken our rolex watches to the same service provider until we stumbled across Jeffrey the Rolex Doctor. We quickly realized that over time we had thrown our money away and paid much more than necessary for a substandard service. I now wouldn’t consider taking the watches anywhere else. I purchased a circa 1910 Sterling Silver Rolex at an estate sale. At the time of purchase it worked somewhat, but then it would stop. I took it to a local watchmaker who indicated that he couldn't fix it and that I needed to take it a specialist. Living in a fairly rural area, there aren't that many specialists, so I took my hunt to the Internet where I came upon Jeffrey's website. I contacted him via email and within an hour he gave me a call. I explained what the problem was (age of the watch, condition) and he indicated that he would like for me to send the watch so that he could give me an accurate estimate since the watch was so old. Jeffrey emailed me a 2nd day air label and I mailed him the watch. Once he receive the watch, he contacted me and stated that he could fix it. He quoted me what I considered a reasonable price and stated that if he had to do any repairs outside of the what he quoted to me I would not be charged further. Four weeks later my (now working) Rolex was returned to me followed up by a phone call from Jeffrey to make sure that I had received it. Jeffrey provides exceptional customer service and exceptional craftsmanship and I would highly recommend his services.

When I first happened on the Rolex Doctor website I was extremely skeptical. I didn't want to give my Rolex to just anybody, especially someone halfway across the country from me. I did a lot of research and found nothing but great things about the Rolex Doctor. I previously had been using someone local, a very reputable watch dealer. But, it consistently would start losing time and I was always told it needed a cleaning, and crystal replacement at a cost of $300 to $500 each time. After almost 14 years, I had tripled my investment and wished I could get it working well enough to just get rid of it. The watch was a money pit. I decided I'd try someone else and if this fails I'll replace it.

Jeffrey found tons of problems with my watch and knew what it would take to get it corrected. The price was very reasonable and the turnaround time quick. I've had my watch back for over 2 months and the time is perfect. It looks and acts like a new watch again. I'm so glad I found The Rolex Doctor. He's the only watch repairman I will trust.

I must say, when I received my Tag Heuer back, I was amazed at how good it looked. It is about 9 years old and it was beat up bad. I thought it was a goner, but my wife found this website and after discussing it with me we contacted them. I got a call the very next day and it was a guy that said he was "The RolexDoctor". I gave him the model number and he told me almost exactly what we paid for it and when we purchased it. I told him what happened to it and he quoted me a price that I thought was very fair. So he emailed me a UPS label insured, and I sent it to him. When he received it, I got an email from UPS telling me it had been delivered, then a few hours later he called me to tell me what he determined. We agreed on the repair cost, and four weeks later I get another call to tell me my watch is on it's way back to Texas. Two days later my Tag Heuer arrives repaired like new with guaranteed authentic Tag Heuer parts and another 12 month warranty from the RolexDoctor himself. I'm real glad my wife found his website, I wish there were more people that did business like him. That was a no-brainer repair for us, now we have my Tag Heuer looking and working like new again.

When my Rolex started losing minutes every day I knew it had to be serviced - but as it was a very special gift from my father I worried and knew that I couldn't just leave it with any jeweler or watch repair company. I did a search for "expert rolex repair", because I wasn't looking for just any watch repair site that either had no experience, or was just going to keep my watch for a few months and charge me an arm and a leg. I love my rolex Submariner; I really wanted an expert to fix it. So I do the search and this guy RolexDoctor.net comes up number 1,2,4,5,7 and then some, in the organic google results. It seems he has quite a few websites. So I read a few of them and it turns out he has some really nice sites and 40 years experience. Plus he is A+ with the Better Business Bureau.

I called the toll free number and a gentlemen took my number and said that "if I needed to speak with the Rolex Doctor, he would call me back soon"; so I thought I would never hear from him. But lo and behold, not twenty minutes later my phone rings, he says "Hello, this is the Rolex Doctor, you were on my website and had a question", now I'm really impressed, so I decide to see what he knows. I tell him my Submariner is ten years old and was serviced locally in 2005, but it is running slow. He runs through the possibilities with me after asking a bunch of what seemed like good questions. To make a long story a little shorter, he emailed me an insured UPS label and I packaged the watch and brought it to UPS. Two days later he calls me to discuss what he has determined as the problem and quotes me a price that blew me away. I spent twice what he quoted in 05. He had the watch back to me in just over 3 weeks and it is looking and running like new.

My sincerest appreciation to the Rolex Doctor, keep up the great work.

Jeffrey@RolexDoctor.net is a very honest person. He gave a very honest evaluation on a watch left to me by my father. Everyone told me it was not real and when I showed it to Jeffrey Harris he took the time to test the gold and let me know that it was real and even validated the diamonds as definitely real and of excellent quality.Knowing now that this was a fine watch, made a fantastic 35th Birthday gift for my son. Now we know it is well worth maintaining and it will remain a family heirloom.

I knew that I had to get it in for service and FAST-- the water can cause irreparable damage AND we were moving out of state. After contacting him via the web, Jeffrey called me right away, emailed me a Fedex label, and had my service done and back to me in record time. I was nervous to send my timepiece to someone I found on the internet, but he was WONDERFUL! Great service from start to finish. My husband has an Italian watch that required a battery. When a technician from another store tried to open the case, he broke the stem of the watch. As he was responsible for the break, he sent it to the head office in New York to be fixed. Two weeks later he notified us that "the watch could not be fixed, as parts for it were impossible to get". He was so sure that it could not be fixed that he said "if we can find someone to fix it, they would cover the costs".
We took it to Jeffrey, the Watch Doctor, and told him the story. His answer was "there isn't a watch that can't be fixed".
Within a week, he called us to pick up the watch. It was working perfectly and has been since that time.
Recently he cleaned and repaired my Rolex watch, and it is like new, and working like a charm.
I would recommend him in a minute,for any watch repair. He is simply the best.

I demand perfection and often think I need a complete overhaul when I go to the Rolex doctor. He never takes advantage of me. My watches come back flawless for dramatically less than anticipated.
